gallop across the floor

Vault:
run jump off board onto 3 stacked 8" mats
jump up and down onto blocks w/2 feet from the floor
run jump off board and fwd roll onto 3 stacked 8" mats
kick to handstand, tree fall on 8" mat
run jump off board, straddle jump and jump 1/2 turn onto mat

Bars:
chin-up and hold 6 seconds
3 leg lifts (try to have straight legs)
jump to squat on - floor bar (up on blocks)
pullover
back hip circle w/spot
Balance Beam(low):
tuck, sit, whip to push-up, jump to tuck stand (high beam)
pivot turn (high beam)
leap over 2 foam blocks (med beam)
tuck jump (high beam)
3/4 handstand (low beam)

Floor:
handstand
bridge kickover off panel or donut
bent arm backward roll to pike stand
backbend on edge of incline
cartwheel w/ straight legs

STARS
Vault:
run jump off board, straight jump onto 8" mat
run jump off board/mini-tramp, fwd roll down incline
run jump off board, tuck, straddle, and 1/2 turn onto mat
kick to handstand, tree fall on 8" mat
run jump onto baby board/mini/tramp, jump feet up to tuck
or straddle (using hands), on trapezoid or stacked mats

Bars:
pullover w/spot
pike swing forward and back to stand
chin-up hold 3 seconds
cast 3X w/hips off bar
forward roll dismount
Balance Beam(low):
jump to front support, lift leg over to straddle sit
straight jump - medium beam
walk sideways and backwards high beam
pivot turn low beam
teeter totter - low beam

RISING STARS
Vault:
run jump off board, fwd roll onto 3 stacked 8" mats
bounce on mini-tramp to handstand tree-fall onto rest mat
run jump off board, straight jump onto 3 stacked 8" mats
run jump off board, 'superman' over rollie to tree fall
run jump on board, squat on to the real horse (using hands)

Bars:
pullover
cast to back hip circle w/spot
chin-up hold 6 seconds
jump squat on - floor bar on blocks
3 leg lifts (touch toes to bar) trying straight legs
Balance Beam(low):
tuck sit, v-sit, to tuck stand
tuck jump - high beam
leap over 2 foam blocks - medium beam
heel snap turn
3/4 handstand on low beam

Floor:
arc back - back bend pull up from knees
bent arm backward roll to pike stand
bridge kickover off panel mat or donut
back bend on edge of incline
round-off - off panel mat, feet landing on floor

SUPER STARS
Vault:
run jump off board, straight jump up to vault table
run jump off board, straight jump up onto 4 stacked mats
run jump off board, jump to handstand tree fall
run jump off board, 'superman' over rollie to tree fall
run jump on board, front flip into pit

Bars:
cast back hip circle
single leg shoot through w/spot
forward stride circle w/spot
squat on low bar w/spot
3 chin-ups overgrip and under grip
Balance Beam(low):
tuck sit, v-sit, whip to pushup to tuck stand
3/4 handstand - medium beam
leap over three blocks - medium beam
squat turn - high beam
cartwheel to handstand dismount - high beam

Floor:
handstand fwd roll w/straight arms
1-3 running steps hurdle to round-off
straight arm backward roll to pike stand down incline
handstand to bridge - kickover (tic-toc)
back handspring down incline w/spot

MEGA STARS

Vault:
run jump off board, handstand tree-fall onto 4 mats
run jump off board, ftont flip tuck into pit
run jump off board, front flip tuck onto 8" mat
run jump off board to stand on vault table
run jump on board, front handspring over 3 8" mats sideways or pit

Bars:
jump to pike glide, return to stand
cast single-leg shoot-through
forward stride circle
5 chin-ups, overgrip and undergrip
5 leg lifts (touch toes to bar) trying straight legs
Balance Beam(low):
v-sit, whip to tuck stand
3/4 handstand on high beam
1/2 turn in forward coupe - high beam
straight jump, tuck jump - high beam
cartwheel to handstand, 1/4 turn dismount

Floor:
straight arm backward roll to push-up position
